Leo is a supporting antagonist in the 2010 post-apocalyptic RPG, Fallout: New Vegas, specifically the titular main antagonist of the unmarked companion quest Lily and Leo.
He is a schizophrenic hallucination residing within the psyche of the kind and grandmotherly nightkin Lily Bowen, who tells her to do horrible things, and even takes over her body at times, causing her to go berserk and fly into a murderous rage in the middle of combat.
Like Lily, he was portrayed by the late David Pizzuto.
