Leonard Andrews is the main antagonist of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Excavation”. He is a pedophilic judge who molests and rapes his stepdaughter for years.
Biography[]
Leonard married a single mother named Lilian, who also had a daughter. Behind Lilian’s back, he was a child molester who abused his daughters for years. He also had children named Peyton and Charles, whom he pushed to work very hard.
