Leroy is a minor antagonist in Live and Let Die. He is one of Dr. Kananga's henchman, appearing in the airport scene. He is seen in the background when James Bond knocks out Adam and runs into a hangar, prompting Leroy and another henchman to climb into a car and chase after him. During the chase (which cannot be resolved easily as Bond has commandeered a plane piloted by a trainee pilot), Leroy crashes his car inside a hangar, cracking the windshield. Despite continuing to chase Bond, Leroy is unable to see through the windshield and subsequently crashes into a plane, abandoning the pursuit and also indirectly causing another henchman to crash by shifting the plane and a ramp on the other side, causing that car to crash as well.
It is unknown what happened to Leroy as he gave up the chase after being incapacitated by the crash, though it's possible he is one of the men on foot seen later. It's also unknown what happened to him after the deaths of Adam and Kananga, it's possible he was arrested or escaped entirely.
