Leto is a type of alien which serves the Space Mafia and an antagonist in the 13th entry in the Metal Heroes franchise Blue SWAT.

History

A Leto possessed the body of a bank manager, hoping to use him to funnel money into bank accounts owned by the Space Mafia for their operations. Blue SWAT soon got word of alien activity and Show and Sarah were sent in to take the alien parasite out. Prior to them moving in, Sig also infiltrated the building by disguising himself in order to get close to the alien's host.

As chance would have it, at the same time Blue SWAT were ready to begin their operation, a pair of robbers also held up the bank. Show and Sarah took out the bank robbers and sprayed the other people in the room with a special spray to knock them out. Leto then emerged from its host to take on the two Blue SWAT members. Sig then lifted his disguise and joined his teammates, and after identifying the alien creature's weak points the three shot and killed it.

A second Leto later came across a thief being chased by judo master Daigo Ogaki. The Leto possessed Daigo while his partner, a Bona, possessed the thief. Together, the two aliens used their hosts to carry out a series of robberies to steal valuables in order to fund their operations. However, Daigo's subconscious began to influence the Bona and cause it to steal items that his late wife had once desired. After Daigo stayed missing from his dojo for three days, his daughter Chiaki became worried and sought out Blue Research to help her find her father. Show and Sumire managed to track the two aliens to their hideout and Show confronted the aliens, only for the aliens to refuse to leave their hosts so Show wouldn't be able to shoot them without harming their human hosts. However, upon seeing his daughter, Daigo was able to force the Leto to leave his body, with the whiplash dispelling the Bona from the thief as well. While Daigo resumed his pursuit of the thief, Show, joined by his fellow Blue SWAT members, destroyed the Leto. The Bona however managed to escape and possessed a truck driver.
