Liam is an assassin working for Spectre directly under Orrin. He is responsible for killing Terrence as well trying to kill Seraphina, making him currently John's archrival.

Appearance

He is a young man with short green hair and eyes.

Personality

Liam is shown to be a callous assassin who doesn't think twice about carrying out Orrin's orders to kill anyone, even his own allies. He will give interfering parties a chance to depart, but if they resist him, he will murder them. He is also somewhat arrogant, seeing how he taunts John for being unable to beat him at his own element and gets angry when John gets distracted from his fights.

Biography

Liam enters Lovun Prison per Orrin's orders through the sewer system, where he kills Terrence to stop him from disclosing information. Later, Orrin gives him the order to kill Seraphina. When he sees her, he tries to kill her, but when John interferes, he is forced to fight him. John manages to fight back when some unexplained talent allows him to read it. Then, all of a sudden, Kayden and Kuyo step in. While Kuyo battles him, Kayden teleports the two teenagers away. The assassin retreats and liquidates after failing to defeat him.

Orrin discusses the conversion technology they acquired during one of their missions to him and his female partner. The two end up taking the ability from Melvin, a high-tier who Orrin kidnapped and killed.

Powers & Abilities

His ability, Hydrofreeze allows him to make and control water through hydrokinesis. This includes the ability to create water all around him, enabling him to surround his target with a bubble and drown them. He is an expert in reconnaissance and infiltration thanks to his ability to shapeshift into water, which enables him to pass via pipes and other liquid pathways.

After copying Melvin's Spectral Claw, he has the additional ability to focus a giant amount of Aura around his hand which can allow him to crush his opponent with a tight squeeze.
