Licht Kugimiya is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider The Winter Movie: Gotchard & Geats Strongest Chemy★Great Gotcha Operation and a minor antagonist in Kamen Rider Gotchard.
He was an investigator for the Alchemys Union who transforms into Wizard Malgam. After he joined forces with several Chemies, he transforms into Geats Killer.
He is portrayed by Yasukaze Motomiya, who portrayed Isaka from Kamen Rider Blade.
History[]
Before he was Alchemist, Licht Kugimiya was a DGP participant 2,000 years ago. He was defeated by a previous incarnation of Ace Ukiyo, where he began to study Alchemy after his elimination. In the present day, When he arrived at the Academy, he met Houtarou Ichinose, who he finds him as not suitable to be a Kamen Rider. During the search of the Level-10 Chemies, he formed an alliance with X Wizard.
