Licorice Cookie is a major antagonist in both Cookie Run: Ovenbreak and Cookie Run: Kingdom. He is one of GingerBrave and his friends' archnemeses.
In Cookie Run: Kingdom, he is voiced by Sang Hyeon Eom in Korean, Hiroshi Kamiya in Japanese dub, and Cameron Bowen in English dub.

Past[]
When he was young, he wished to become a wizard, but due to a lack of attention, he eventually turned to more wicked forms of magic. Through these methods, he gained a small army of Licorice Servants and became the servant of the Dark Enchantress Cookie.
Cookie Run: Kingdom[]
In Episode 1 of the story mode, Licorice Cookie kidnapped the Maestro Sugar Gnome and forced him to eat the foul bear jellies to turn him into a Cake Monster. However, Gingerbrave and his friends stopped him and saved the sugar gnome.
In Episode 2, It was revealed that he and Schwarzwälder are the person who are responsible for making the foul bear jellies. They manage to turn a small Jelly Wormly into a Giant Jelly Wyrm with their bear jellies, but it was defeated by Gingerbrave and his friends again.
In Episode 3, he met Gingerbrave and his friends and he decided to fight them, but they were defeated and retreated. They attempted to defeat him again in Episode 4, but he failed once more.
He appeared again in Episode 10 along with the other servants of the Dark Enchantress Cookie to kidnap Pure Vanilla Cookie, to which they succeeded. After that, they teamed up to defeat Gingerbrave and his friends, but they failed.
In episode 11 and 12, Licorice Cookie sneaks into the Hollyberry Kingdom along with Bat-Cat and Schwarzwälder (disguised as a Princess) and entered the Princess contest games, but was disqualified in the end.
In episode 13 and 14, Licorice Cookie, along with [[Pomegranate Cookie]] and [[Poison Mushroom Cookie]] arrive at the Dark Cacao Kingdom, tasking Dark Choco Cookie to attack his father, Dark Cacao Cookie, and casting a dark spell in the Licorice Sea, summoning several licorice blob creatures, and creating the Living Licorice Abyss, forcing Dark Cacao Cookie’s soldiers to fight against those monsters. Licorice Cookie and the other villains arrived at Dark Cacao Cookie’s castle, allowing Pomegranate Cookie to place a spell on the king. GingerBrave and his friends eventually calmed the king down. And Dark Choco Cookie, feeling touched by the words his father has given him, betrays Licorice Cookie and the other villains, deciding to walk down his own path.
In Chapter 3 of the Cookie Odyssey, Licorice Cookie returned along with Pomegranate Cookie, Poison Mushroom Cookie, and [[Affogato Cookie]] (who later revealed he joined Dark Enchantress Cookies forces) invaded the Cremé Republic to destroy it along with a hologram version of Dark Enchantress Cookie along with the two monsters, the Red Velvet Dragon and the Living Licorice Abyss. But thanks to GingerBrave, Esspresso Cookie, along with their new friends, Wildberry Cookie, Crunchy Chip Cookie, Financier Cookie, and Clotted Cream Cookie, and also with the aid of the three Ancient Heroes, Pure Vanilla Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie and Dark Cacao Cookie, they all defeated the villains and monsters once again. Angry at this, the four villains retreated.
Cookie Run: Ovenbreak[]
The Truth of the City[]
Licorice Cookie's first appearance in Cookie Run: Ovenbreak is in "The Truth of the City" story event at the end of the story. He was talking to Pomegranate Cookie about her failed plan to let darkness spread across the land and they were talking about their next plan.
The Battle for Fate![]
Licorice Cookie appeared again in "The Battle for Fate!" event along with Pomegranate Cookie and Dark Choco Cookie in Pantheon of Starlight to get Nebula Spring for revealing where are the Cookie of legends, Licorice cookie try to find the Nebula Spring with the help of Dark Choco Cookie, Licorice Cookie can't find it, instead of try to find it more he decided to try to win in the competition in Pantheon of Starlight and he failed miserably. However, Pomegranate Cookie finally found the Nebula Spring and it showed where the Cookie of legends are. After that, they corrupted the Nebula Spring and escaped the place. However, their efforts ended up in vain yet again, when Starfruit Cookie receives a vision of GingerBrave encouraging the Cookies to escape the Witches, restoring the Spring to its original state.
