Lieutenant Grossante is a minor antagonist in the tv show Grimm.
He is a police lieutenant of the South Precinct who helped out Sean Renard in killing Jermiah Rogers for blackmailing him for the death of Rachel Wood, till "Renard" "betrayed him. Grossante attempts to get revenge by kidnapping Diana till he was beaten to a pulp and was left behind to suffer.
Biography[]
Grossante was called in by Renard to help him kill Jermiah Rogers after he was blackmailing Renard for the killing of Rachel Wood. Grossante agrees to go along with the plan if Renard makes him the next captain of the precinct to which Renard agrees to as he was about to become the mayor of Portland.
Renard heads over to Jermiah's apartment and tells him that he has the money to pay him, and Jermiah lets him in. Renard shows Jermiah the moeny but tells him that he's not paying where Jermiah is with his life and Grossante rips his throat out from behind, killing him and Renard leaves the apartment while Grossante stays behind to clean the mess up.
After "Renard" abdicates the mayorship, Grossante confused heads to the precinct and asks "Renard" (Nick in disguise) on what was going on as they had a deal and Nick uses the excuse of the blood on his shirt as a way of calling off the deal which infuriates Grossante as he woges with Nick threatening to kill him if he attacks him and Grossante angrily leaves.
Grossante attempts to get revenge on Renard by kidnapping Diana and calling him by saying if Renard doesn't make him the captain of the precinct, then Diana dies and hangs up. Diana Wakes up and asks where she is and if she could leave. Grossante refuses to do so and threatens her till Diana uses her powers to throw him across the room and continues to do so. Grossante calls Renard and tells him to come quick, but Renard hangs up and Diana continues to use her powers on him as he begs her to please stop, but she refuses. All beaten up, Renard finally arrives and gets Diana, the two leave while Grossante is left behind to suffer as he is too weak to get up.
