Lightning Bolt Zolt is the leader of the notorious criminal gang Triple Threat Triad, which is based in Republic City. He is known to solicit recruits at Central City Station.

Lightning Bolt Zolt is notorious in Republic City for his exploitation of non-benders. In an Equalist assembly known as "The Revelation", Lightning Bolt Zolt was the first to face Amon and have his bending taken away.

Lightning Bolt Zolt was among four benders taken after the Equalist raid of the Triple Threat Triad's headquarters.

In an Equalist gathering, he was the first bender taken to face Amon, who recounted Lightning Bolt Zolt's many acts of oppression over non-benders before challenging him to a duel.

The two engaged in a short battle, where Amon was able to swiftly counter and block Lightning Bolt Zolt's attacks. After being subdued, Lightning Bolt Zolt had his bending taken away.

Powers and Abilities

Zolt was skilled in the art of firebending. During his duel with Amon, he employed quick jabs of fire before resorting to lightning. He was able to maintain a steady stream of lightning, using it to cut through multiple metal structures with ease.
