Lilith is one of the supporting villains of the DC universe, serving as one of the main antagonists of the Sandman spin-off series Lucifer and a major villain in the New 52 2011 I, Vampire series.
Lilith was born with demonic powers by God and was made to be the first wife of Adam. Lilith was born to be the first woman on Earth and meant to be the bride of Adam but she rescued to obey Adam so God casted her out of the Garden of Eden and sent her to hell. Eve was made to replace her as Adam's wife. She wanders the earth alone but she had many angels and she planed to exact vengeance on the world. She had slept with many angels to give birth toe the lilim a race in creation who never belonged to anyone and loyal to themselves and their mother Lilith.
The one angel she truly loved was Lucifer himself, who rebelled against God, in spite of his failed rebelling and loss to Michael. She would become the mother of Mazikeen and make a camp for her children.
She was a major villain in the Lucifer series especially when she united many of his foes for the final arc.
In the Modern times, she would antagonize many superheroes such as Supergirl and Donna Troy when she was sent to hell. In Hell she would come into conflict with the demon lord Neron.
In the New 52 reboot of I, Vampire, Lilith was the 2nd vampire after being bitten by Cain who became the first Vampire and the two would make many Vampires and she was killed before. Her husband Cain was awakened in modern times and revives her to take over the world but was killed again.
Powers and Abilities[]
Lilith had superhuman strength, speed, stamina, and durability. She also was long lived and was a demon lord in hell having been able to use magic.
In the New 52, she still retain the superhuman abilities but as a vampire.

Lilith was mentioned in the Arrowverse series Constantine and Supergirl. Lilith from Earth-1 was one of the sisters of Eve, demonic goddesses related to Satan, while Lilith from Earth-38 was a beast-goddess from Krypton.
Lilith, also known as Lily Rose, appears in the Fox/Netflix series Lucifer, portrayed by Lesley-Ann Brandt in 1946 and by Fiona Dourif in 2020. She was the first wife of Adam, a friend of Lucifer, and the mother of Mazikeen and the Lilim demons.
Lilith appeared in the Sandman spin-off series Dead Boy Detectives, portrayed by Rochelle Okoye. This version is the Goddess of wronged women, also known as the Goddess of Blood. In the past, she was summoned by the witch Esther Finch.
