Lille Barro is a major antagonist in the 2001-2016 supernatural action manga series Bleach and its 2022 anime television series adaptation Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. He is a member of the Wandenreich, bearing the Schrift "X" - "The X-Axis" He was the first Quincy to receive a Schrift from Yhwach and served as the leader of his elite guard, the Schutzstaffel.
He is voiced by Satoshi Hino in the Japanese version of the anime, who also voiced Ainz Ooal Gown in Overlord, and by Evan Michael Lee in the dubbed version.
Appearance[]
Lille Barro was a youthful-looking man with dark skin who stood at five feet and nine inches tall and had a muscular build. He had black eyes and short white hair trimmed into what seemed to be a crew cut. Barro bore a crosshair-shaped mark over his left eye, which he usually kept shut.

- The X-Axis: Lille's Schrift allows him to shoot through anything without firing any projectiles. His shots will always pierce their targets, even if someone attempts to block it. By having both of his eyes open, however, Lille is able to use the full power of his Schrift, in which he can phase through enemy attacks. Should he open both of his eyes three times, he is permitted to keep them open for the remainder of his battle.
- Reishi Manipulation: Much like his fellow Quincies, Lille is able to absorb and manipulate Reishi, converting it into his own form of weaponry.
- Immense Spiritual Power: Lille possesses spiritual power comparable to that of a captain-level shinigami.
Abilities[]
- Jilliel (神の裁き (ジリエル), Jirieru; Japanese for "Judgement of God"; Viz "Divine Judgement"): Lille's Vollständig in its partial stage grants him a pair of green wings with three holes on each. Its first form grants him eight wings in total and a white robe, as well bright lines crossed on his face. Its second form transforms Lille into an angelic, bird-like being with a very curved, but thin, lanky build.
- The X-Axis: With Jilliel active, the X-Axis becomes much more powerful, making the power of his blasts produce more damaging effects. The X-Axis also transforms his body into a complete intangible state, rendering any physical attacks useless against him. In his second form, he can manipulate light itself to conjure up ray beams that can in turn produce powerful blasts.
