Lin is a humanlike robot of the BAD organization and the secondary antagonist of episodes 19 and 20 of Robot Detective.
Biography[]
After BAD was contracted by the secret society Zero to assist them in a scheme to bomb Tokyo with an H-bomb, Lin was loaned to the organization and tasked with testing the hot air balloon travel that BAD and Zero planned to use to deliver the bomb. She was also given the BAD Murder Robot Gyoraiman to guard her.
After the police caught onto Rin and began pursuing her, Lin summoned Gyoraiman to deal with Robot Detective K, Shiba and Shinzo while she boarded a cruise ship heading for Okinawa. Gyoraiman fought K and seemingly managed to defeat him by trapping him underwater with his anchor, but K was rescued by Mother. Lin made it to the ship but was spotted on board by Shiba and Shinzo. She attempted to fight them but K arrived on Joker and caught her, but refused to fight her as she was a woman. Lin was then arrested by K, who discovered she was an android, but she managed to escape after K destroyed Gyoraiman. K and Shinzo attempted to pursue her, but another BAD Robot, Karateman, appeared to fight them off and allow Lin to escape.
Lin would later return to Zero and BAD's secret base, where she witnessed a captured Shiba and Shinzo being brought before Zero's "Boss". She later went on a scouting mission outside the base again, where she was caught by K. Karateman then appeared and fought K off so they could return to base, but this was secretly all part of K's plan to follow them and discover where BAD was planning to send the H-bomb from. After finding the base however, K was captured, only for Lin to betray BAD and set him free as thanks for sparing her life earlier. Lin was then executed by Karateman for her treachery.
