Lipp Cervas is one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside The Tickler and Filthy Phil) of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode “Karate Island”. She is the one of Master Udon's minions and the guard of the 2nd of the Four Floors of Fear who uses her lips to attack her opponents.
Lipp Cervas is an orange fish who has yellow hair, pink lipstick, a blue shirt, blue pants with an orange belt, and black boots.

She is one of the guards at Condo Island, wither her being located on the second floor of the Four Floors of Fear building. When Sandy reaches her, she tries to use her lips to defeat her, however, Sandy uses a hair dryer on her lips, drying them out and badly chapping them.She tries to fix them with lip balm, but she ends up shattering them into pieces.
