Liuo Himmler is a minor antagonist from Ken Ishikawa's Fatal Fury: Devil Steet of Horror manga. He is the main threat of the third chapter.
Appearance[]
Liuo Himmler is a man with slicked back hair and sunglasses. His primary outfit consists of dark pants and a chestplate.
Underneath his human appearance, he is a man with cybernetic componants.
Biography[]
As Joe and Bear were looking for Andy, they come across several men screaming for help as they were being gunned down by armed cybernetic men who note that the manager of the plant is unhappy to see them escape their job. They investigate the factory to find it manufacturing weapons with men under poor working conditions and kids were being made to test the weapons.
They further investigate and find that Liuo Himmler was placed in charge of the factory by the Martial Emperor. At the time they encounter him, he does demonstrate he will be taking responsiblity for deadlines missed. He also is unforgiving towards several people who begged for forgiveness and kills them with his attack "Himmler Death Blade" where he mutililates them with his bare hands in front of Bear and Joe.
Bear claims to Liuo they got lost trying to find the Golden Temple. However Himmler laughs and mocks them, claiming that only the best and greatest of fighters can get to the golden temple, vowing to have them worked to death in the factory.
Liuo proceeds to announce his slaughter of escapees to the remaining labororers and tries to set an example to keep this from happening again by trying to kill a group of kids. Unwilling to let this slide, Bear proceeds to brutally assault the guards before beating Liuo to a pulp.
However, Liou survived the attack and calls it far from over and makes an attempt on the lives of Joe and Bear. Joe tries to finish Liuo off with his "Baku-Retsu Ken" attack. However, this still did not kill Liuo who is revealed to be a cyborg and holds Joe by the mouth and activates the death trap intended to kill the kids, prompting Bear to rush under it to save them.
Joe also manages to break free from Liuo's arm and grab a lead pipe and impale him. As Joe shoved the impaled Liuo under hi own death trap, Terry arrives to reveal he and Mai incapicitated the remaining guards.
With this development, Liuo, who now has just one arm demonstrates cowardice by begging Bear for his life, Bear refuses and butchers Liuo with his own death trap, ending his rule over the factory.
