Loki is a playable character in the LEGO MARVEL Universe. He serves as the main antagonist of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, one of the two main antagonists (alongside Ultron) of LEGO Marvel's Avengers and the secondary antagonist of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2.
He is the God of Mischief, the adoptive son of Odin and Frigga and the adoptive brother of Thor. A Frost Giant, Loki was adopted by the Asgardian Royal Family when his father Laufey left him behind as a baby. Loki grew up having a close relationship with Thor, although he was envious because felt he was living in his shadow. He is also Thor's archenemy.
In the first game and short, he was voiced by Troy Baker and in LEGO Marvel's Avengers, he was voiced by Tom Hiddleston.
Biography[]
Loki is first seen planning with Doctor Doom behind bars about using the Cosmic Brick to rule the world, and they finally come up in their goal by recruiting a group of supervillains to gather the cosmic bricks, starting up with Sandman and Abomination. After they fail, Doom rushes up Loki about getting the Cosmic bricks. Loki changes the plan by hiring much Stronger minions to achieve his goal.
Loki later escapes from his cell after Sabretooth unwillingly breaks him free alongside a group of supervillains which will later help Loki and Doctor Doom Gather the lost cosmic bricks.
Shortly after his escape, he breaks into The Stark Tower with the help of The Mandarin (who hacks JARVIS's system upon his entry) and Aldrich Killian. They finally steal the Arc Reactor, but as soon as Iron Man and Captain America arrive, Loki betrays them as he takes the Arc Reactor and teleports away, leaving the duo to face the heroes on the Stark Tower Roof.
Later, he was tracked down by Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Human Torch in the Hydra base and the trio spy on them only for loki to shoot Black Widow And Hawkeye with his staff when he notices them. Loki, using the Arc Reactor, opens a gate to Asgard which he jumps into to travel there to rule Asgard and to steal the Tasseract.
Human Torch, Wolverine and Captain America travel to Asgard with Thor's assistance. They find out that Asgard has now been controlled by The Forst Giants who served Loki After leufey's Death in prior time. After Loki finds out that the heroes passed all the obstacles and reached him, he vows to his brother to extract his revenge on him, Earth, and Asgard, then he activates The Destroyer using his staff and controls him. After a long fight, they managed to defeat Loki and the Destroyer, and Captain america throws his shield to knock of the Tesseract from his hands. Loki finds himself outnumbered, so he escapes again using his teleportation.
Much later, Loki is seen celebrating with Doctor Doom and Magneto, Whom finally collected all The Cosmic Bricks to occupy the world.
After Doom and Magneto's miserable failure in stopping the heroes and maintaining Astroid M in place, Loki reveals his evil plan by using Galactus to destroy the world and Asgard, the heroes and villains unite together to stop Loki once and for all. After a battle at the Helicarrier, they trick the hungry Galactus by building him an earth-shaped cake to eat it, but Hulk and Thor suddenly break from it as Hulk is seen grabbing thor who's holding his hammer and they hit Galactus hard in his head, sending him and Loki flying to the wormhole the team created which leads to the outer space. Moments before Loki is sent, Thor breaks his flying throne which he drops the Tasseract. in the Space and vows that he will return for his revenge. In space, Galactus finds nothing to eat but Loki, Whom considers eating him would taste good.
