Loki and Odin are a duo of villains in Roswell Conspiracies: Aliens, Myths & Legends, being the main antagonists of the episode "Devil Inside".
Appearance[]
Loki and Odin both have red balls on their chests. Loki is tall and thin and has horns and a braided beard, while Odin is short and fat and has two beards.
Biography[]
Odin and Loki are members of the Aeseri, an enigmatic, nigh-invulnerable race that originate from a gravity-heavy planet. They are psychopaths with a craving to hurt people, both physically and mentally. Through the sabotage of Wraith-Rinaker, the duo escapes their imprisonment on Bikini Atoll and immediately shoot their way throughout the island, blowing up every Alliance vehicle that comes in their way. Loki hijacks a plane and tosses its pilot to the ground below. Odin soon follows suit, leaving a good deal of fiery wreckage behind them as they fly off the island.
The Alliance immediately gives chase, engaging in a swift air battle where they shoot down Odin's ship and cause him to plummet into the waters below. Nick lands in Loki's ship and Loki confronts him, threatening to blast off his head. Nick ties a rope around Loki's ankle suspended by one of the Alliance ships above, wrenching Loki out of his stolen flyer and dangling him outside the ship. Presuming (rightly) that Odin isn't dead, Nick tells the Alliance to leave Loki alive in case he breaks out with the intent to find his partner. The Alliance intends to interrogate Loki on the whereabouts of his partner, whilst Odin attacks a submarine deep underwater and hijacks it. At the same time, Loki reads Nick's thoughts and starts to project illusions of those Nick cares about, playing sadistic mind games with him and taunting him over both his father and a traitor in the Alliance, whom he states might be anyone from Trueblood, to Fitz, to Nick's now-love interest Sh'lainn. Loki takes sadistic pleasure in tormenting Nick mentally before Rinaker locks Loki back up.
Odin surfaces and attacks an Icelandic town at the same time the Alliance gets a message of where he's headed. Sh'lainn deduces they're headed towards a Frost Giant, a worm-like creature that can freeze anything solid. The Aeseri landed with the Frost Giant years ago on Earth and the Frost Giant was put into stasis by the Banshee, but Odin and Loki seek to free it, and Sh'lainn indicated that if it goes loose, disaster will follow. Meanwhile, Loki uses another illusion to trick a guard into freeing him, and upon being freed, attacks the guard and moves his way throughout the base, knocking another one out for a laugh. Eventually, he steals a key meant to unlock the Frost Giant's stasis. Loki then hijacks another helicopter, leaving the smoking bodies of several Alliance guards behind.
With the Alliance in hot pursuit, Loki flies the helicopter to the Iceland mountain range and reunites with his partner, blasting through a tunnel before freeing the Frost Giant. The two fuse themselves to the Frost Giant to control it and finally reveal their ultimate plan: they want to cause an apocalyptic Ragnarok for no other reason aside from thrills, with Loki gleefully stating that he can't wait until they get to the nearest city to start causing havoc. The two start attacking the Alliance ships with the Frost Giants ice beams, and one unlucky pilot is frozen alive alongside his entire helicopter before that plummets and shatters. The two continues attempting to freeze all opposition to them alive before Sh'lainn opens a giant crack in the Earth. Loki, Odin, and the Frost Giant fall into the crack and are incinerated by the molten lava within.
