Lollipop Boy is a supporting antagonist in the 2015 French superhero cartoon series Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. It is a Sentimonster created by Mayura and later Shadow Moth to battle Ladybug and Cat Noir on various occasions.
Biography[]
In "Miraculer", as part of Hawk Moth's plan to make Chloé Bourgeois lose faith in Ladybug, Mayura is instructed to create a Sentimonster and notices the baby August's frustration at not being able to get lollipops. Mayura then infects his pacifier with an Amok, honing his frustration into Lollipop Boy. Lollipop Boy begins to rampage, drawing Ladybug's attention as she heads to talk to Chloé. She and Cat Noir engage Lollipop Boy, quickly deducing that it is on its own rather than being partnered with an Akumatized villain, and is quickly defeated once Ladybug releases the Amok in August's pacifier. Meanwhile, Chloé becomes devastated that Ladybug once again didn't call upon her to help defeat a villain (and also humiliated by Lila Rossi's manipulations), allowing Hawk Moth to try and Akumatize her; however, this attempt fails, and Hawk Moth instead Akumatizes Chloé's friend Sabrina into Miraculer.
In "Truth", Lollipop Boy is recreated by Shadow Moth as he is experimenting with his new powers, forcing Marinette to abandon one of her dates with Luka Couffaine in order to fight it. This same event is shown again in "Lies" from Adrien's perspective, where he is forced to abandon one of his dates with Kagami Tsurugi in order to help Ladybug fight Lollipop Boy.
In "Qilin", Lollipop Boy's reappearance is reported on the news, prompting Marinette to transform into Ladybug. She and Cat Noir fight and easily defeat Lollipop Boy, which is witnessed by Sabine Cheng and her painting class.
In "Ephemeral", in an alternate timeline where Ladybug finds out Cat Noir's identity, Lollipop Boy is one of the many villains that they are shown fighting together, strengthening their relationship; although these battles are ultimately erased after Sass travels back in time.
Appearance[]
Lollipop Boy's body is made of spiral lollipops connected by dark yellow lollipop sticks. The head is green and the shoulders and the thighs are amber. The upper arms and the knees are luminous vivid magenta and the hands and the feet are brilliant cyan.
Personality[]
Lollipop Boy doesn't appear to have much personality, mindlessly rampaging across Paris in all of its appearances. Although, due to being created out of frustration, it seems to be an angry creature; this is seen in both it screeching angrily, and attempting to destroy everything in its path.

- It has only ever been shown attacking using its left hand.
- Lollipop Boy has made the most appearances of any Sentimonster in the series, appearing in five episodes.
- Like the Butterfly Sentimonster and Light Eye, it is one of the only Sentimonsters that has not had an episode named after it.
- Up until "Kuro Neko", the Lollipop Sentimonster was the only Sentimonster that was not created for an Akumatized villain or a Miraculous holder.
