"Lord" Sam Sinister also known as Baron Von Baron (not to be confused with Slyboots) is the main antagonist of Lego's Adventurers series. He is a wealthy baron who frequently clashes with Johnny Thunder over treasures and artifacts scattered across the world. He is the archenemy and rival of Johnny Thunder. He is the most prevalent of Johnny Thunder's adversaries, and has appeared in numerous sets, books, games, and theme park attractions.
Appearance[]
Sam Sinister has the appearance of a standard minifigure. However, he is consistently sharply dressed, and possesses a hook in lieu of a left hand.
Sam Sinister possess two main outfits: A tan shirt with light a pith helmet, and a black shirt accompanied by a top hat.
Biography[]
Sam Sinister appears in the videogame Lego Racers 2 as the boss of Dino Island. Defeating him in a race earns the player a power-up that boosts their car's engine.
Sam Sinister once again appeared in the Lost Kingdom Adventure ride at the LEGOLAND parks. In the ride, he followed Johnny Thunder into a recently unearthed tomb, hoping to beat his rival to the treasure. Sinister was defeated by Johnny Thunder, who proceeded to secure the tomb's treasure and captured his nemesis.

His official description from Lego: Lord Sinister is Johnny's arch enemy. He is selfish and evil, with no limits to his ambition or greed. He has a huge private collection of ancient and valuable treasures from around the world and is always on the hunt for more.

- Jungle is the only subtheme of Lego Adventurers that Sam Sinister does not appear in, presumably due to Senor Palomar
- Sam Sinister is referenced in Lego's Collectable Minifigures line, where Series 5's Detective is stated to have solved the case of "Sam Sinister Switcheroo".
