Lord Vile is the Leibniz Universe counterpart to Skulduggery Pleasant's alter ego and the secondary antagonist of Kingdom of the Wicked, The Dying of the Light and Seasons of War.
He is an alternate version of Lord Vile who chose to remain by Mevolent's side, but with the reveal of the existence of alternate dimensions, chose to embrace the role of Death Bringer to end life in all realities.

Vile returns to the Necromancer Order, reclaiming the title of Death Bringer. Together with the Necromancers, they modify the Draugr to become infectious, before infecting the Necromancers with it, allowing them to keep their powers and for some to keep their mental faculties. The Draugr overwhelm Dublin-Within-The-Wall, forcing Mevolent to relocate to Tahil-na-Kurge, with Vile remaining by his side.
