Lord Zedd is one of the Main antagonists of the Boom Studios Power Rangers Comic book series.
He is based on his tv version but more powerful. He was a noble man named Zopharm the best friend of Zordan before his fall from grace.
History[]
Lord Zedd was once Zopharm the boss and best friend of Zordan as the gold Guardian a member of the guardians of eltar. He was the mentor of both Zartus and Zordon corrupted by the power. He would soon get the zeo crstyal which caused his body to mutated. After this he lost his sanity and blamed zordon into what he became thus taking on the name lord zedd.
He would summon silverbaxk and thus recruited Rita Repulsa and Goldar into aiding him in coqunering the unvierse.
During the Nessary arc Lord Zedd finally makes his present day debut by finally confroting the rangers and thus decided to take leadership from Rita after her failures.
He would even don the mantle of Red ragner for his evil rangesr crew and made a clone of Rita called Putty Rita who is more loyal to Zedd than the real Rita after she went rogue

Lord Zedd appears in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers crossover near the end where he meets up with Shredder for a possible alliance.
Lord Zedd also appears alongside Brainiac as the Main antagonist of the Justice League/Power Rangers crossover.
