Lotso heading to Daisy's.
Lotso realizes that he was replaced.
Lotso feeling heart-broken about the incident.
"She replaced us. Come on." - Lotso turns bitter and aggressive.
"She replaced all of us!"
"She don't love you no more."
Lotso falls off the truck.
Lotso heads to Sunnyside which he later turns into a prison of nightmares for all toys.
"I thought I heard new voices."
"Welcome to Sunnyside, folks. I'm Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, but please call me Lotso."
"First thing y'all got to know about me is that I'm a hugger."
"Aw you've been through a lot today, haven't you?"
"Well you're safe now. We're all cast-offs here. We've all been dumped, donated, yard saled, second handed and just plain throw out."
Come On We need ya back at Star Command
"But just you wait. You being donated was the best thing that ever happened to ya."
"All day long, five days a week."
"Well now, I’ll tell ya. When the kids get old, new ones come in. And when they get old, new ones replace them."
"You'll never be outgrown, neglected, never abandoned or forgotten. No owners meets no heartbreak."
"So you got donated by this Andy? Well it's his loss, Sheriff. He can't hurt you no more."
"Now, let’s get y’all settled in."
"Let’s show our new friends where they’ll be staying."
"You got a lot to look forward to folks."
"Spare parts, superglue..."
"...and enough fresh batteries to choke a hungry hungry hippo."
"If you need anything at all, talk to me here."
Lotso knocks at the door.
"Well, thank you, Big Baby. Why don’t you come out and meet our new friends."
"Poor baby! We were thrown out together, me and him, abandoned by the same owner." - Lotso gives a hint of his backstory.
"But we don’t need owners at Sunnyside."
"We own ourselves. We’re masters of our own fate."
"We control our own destinies."
"Oh, watch out for puddles."
"In a few minutes, that bell is gonna ring and you're gonna get the playtime you’ve been dreaming of."
"If you’ll excuse us, we’ll just be heading back."
"Ken? What's going on here? Why is this toy tied up?"
"Oh no, no no! This isn't how we treat our guests."
"There you go. I'm so sorry."
(Buzz: Lotso, there's been a mistake.) "A mistake?" (Buzz unties his ankles) (Buzz: The children in the Caterpillar Room are not age-appropriate for me and my friends.) (Buzz faces Lotso) (Buzz: We respectfully request a transfer to the Butterfly Room.) "Well request granted!"
(Ken: But Lotso!) "Hush now, Kenneth!"
"This toy showed initiative, leadership. Why I'd say, we found ourselves a keeper. You hear that everyone? We got…"
"We're calling you up to the big leagues, son! From now on, you'll have anything you want!"
"Whoa, whoa. Hold on there, boss. Those caterpillar kids need someone to play with."
"Oh none of us do, I agree. Which is why, for the good of our community, we ask the newer toys..."
"...the stronger ones, to take on the hardships the rest of us can't bear anymore."
Lotso hears that Buzz is declining his favor due to his friends.
"Family man, huh? I understand."
"Let's see here. 'Accessories', 'maintenance', oh! Here we go! Remove screws to access battery compartment."
"To return your Buzz Lightyear action figure to its original factory settings..."
"...Slide the switch from "Play" to "Demo"."
"Go? Why, you just got here."
"And in the nick of time too."
"We were running low on volunteers for the little ones. They just love new toys now, don't they?"
"Well, here's the thing, sweet potato. You ain't leaving Sunnyside."
Mrs. Potato Head stands up to Lotso.
Lotso plucks Mrs. Potato Head's mouth.
Lotso bullies Mr. Potato Head by preventing him to get his wife's mouth.
"Whoa, there, Missy. You're not going anywhere."
Lotso sees Buzz's arrival.
"Not him. This potato needs to learn himself some manners."
"Lightyear, explain our overnight accommodations."
"Just remembered, they'll say anything to make you doubt yourself."
"Listen up, folks. We got a way of doin' things here at Sunnyside. If you start at the bottom, pay your dues, life here can become a dream come true! But if you break our rules, step out of line..."
"...try to check out early..."
"...well, you're just hurting..."
"You all get a good night's rest. You got a full day of playtime tomorrow."
"Rise and shine, campers!
(Buzz: Commander Lotso! Sir! All quiet, nothing to report.) "Excellent work, Lightyear. Come on. We need ya back at Star Command."
"You got a play date with destiny."
“You lost, little doggie?"
Lotso about to kick Slinky.
"Well, well. Look who's back."
"What are y'all doing? Running back to your kid? He don't want you no more."
"Is it? Tell me this, sheriff. If your kid "loves" you so much, why is he leaving?"
"You think you’re special, cowboy? You're a piece of plastic. You were made to be thrown away!"
"Now we need toys in our Caterpillar Room and you need to avoid that truck. Why don't you come on back and join our family again?"
"She’s a Barbie doll, Ken. There's a hundred million just like her!"
"Fine! Then why don’t you join her?!"
"Anyone concur with Ken?"
"I didn't throw you away, your kid did! Ain't one kid ever love a toy really! Chew on that when you're at the dump!"
"I don’t know what you're talking about."
"Yeah. Then she threw us out."
"Where'd you get that?" Lotso asking how Woody got Daisy's locket upon being shown it.
"She never loved me!" - Lotso loses his temper and tries to deny Daisy's love for him to Woody when he reminds him of her.
"What?! You want your mommy back?!"
"DON'T BE SUCH A BABY!" - Lotso's rage
"THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DUMMIES TRY TO THINK!"
"WE'RE ALL JUST TRASH WAITING TO BE THROWN AWAY! THAT'S ALL A TOY IS!"
"Hey! Stop it! Put me down you idiot!"
Big Baby throws Lotso into the dumpster.
"No! No! Wait a minute! Big Baby, wait!"
Lotso drags Woody with him.
Lotso holds Woody's hand.
Lotso sees the incinerator.
Lotso sees the incinerator in great fear, thinking that he will die...
...but sees the button to stop...
...but needs help to reach.
Lotso pushed up by Woody and Buzz...
...and finally makes it...
...but still holds his hatred and beliefs on the toys.
"WHERE’S YOUR KID NOW, SHERIFF?!" -Lotso’s betrayal.
Lotso leaves the toys off to their deaths.
Lotso pops out of a garbage pile...
...and tries to escape the dump...
...but stops when he sees a garbage truck...
...is picked up by a garbage man...
...and is smelled by him.
Lotso's well-deserved defeat
as he gets strapped to the grills of the truck, possibly leading him to the incinerator one day.
