Louis Jarmical "Louie" Walters, Sr. is a supporting antagonist of The Simpsons. He is a member of the Springfield Mafia and, along with Legs, of Fat Tony's two most trusted henchmen.
He is voiced by Dan Castellaneta, who also voices Mayor Quimby, Itchy, Blue-Haired Lawyer, the Rich Texan, and Homer Simpson in the same series.
Biography[]
Louie first appears in "Bart the Murderer", where Bart accidentally meets the local mafia, and later gets a job as a waiter and henchman. He spends most of his time trying to please Fat Tony, and still does but due to his death, now tries to please Fit Tony. He has a close relationship with his friends, Legs and Johnny Tightlips, and also formerly Frankie the Squealer.

- He is the most recurring member of Fat Tony's gang since he has appeared most episodes and more video games than any other of Fat Tony's men, in addition in terms of the games themselves, he has appeared in The Simpsons Hit & Run, The Simpsons Game, and The Simpsons: Tapped Out.
