Louis Fleming is one of the supporting characters in the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game, Honkai: Star Rail. He, alongside Dongfang Qixing are the co-founders of the Interastral Peace Corporation from the team of dedicated followers of Qlipoth, the Preservation. He is known to be the IPC's biggest Stakeholder, with his wealth being incalculable. In which, many people joked that Director Fleming was an "Aeon of Wealth". Nowadays, his actual fate is unknown whenever he's still alive or not.
