Louis Kennedy is the overarching antagonist of the 2021 horror game Bloodwash.
He was the manager of the West End Laundry laundromat who preyed on younger girls and had an affair with a woman named Samantha, who would later become known as the Womb Ripper due to his actions.
Personality[]
Louis is described as being a sexually depraved deviant with a “real eye for the younger girls” who sexually manipulated an implicit teenage girl into a relationship. He was described as lecherous as well as having a domineering mean streak about him, and also was revealed to be a coward who burned down a laundry mat and killed his paramore to hide his affair.
Appearance[]
Louis is a middle aged man with short dark hair and a white slightly unbuttoned dress shirt, he wears dark blue jeans and has black shoes. Although he is never seen alive, as only his corpse is encountered.
Biography[]
Past[]
Louis was the manager of the West End Laundry laundromat in the Pleasant Plaza located in Youngstown, Ohio. He was known for being perverted and preying on young female patrons. He eventually got into an affair with a woman named Samantha Rhodes. Samantha eventually became pregnant because of this. Not wanting this scandal to get loose, Louis locked Samantha inside her office one night and burned down the laundromat, killing his unborn son in the process. Samantha managed to survive however with her body disfigured and unrecognizable from severe burn wounds. She later became enraged and went insane because of this and killed Louis as her first victim, she later became known as the serial killer dubbed "The Womb Ripper" as she would kill young pregnant woman and rip out their unborn fetuses, even using the skin as a mask to conceal her face.
Bloodwash[]
In the present, Louis is presumed missing and assumed to be the prime suspect of the murders. A lady named Sarah is curious about who he was and his involvement in the killings. He was revealed to be friends with another patron in the neighboring laundromat, Spin Cycle, whom also was perverted and had a liking to young women. It's said that a woman died in the fire on the other laundromat and was presumed deceased.
When the Womb Ripper had invaded Spin Cycles and had killed several people including a police officer, Sarah was unable to leave as they had locked the entrances and exits. Sarah later ventures inside the Rippers lair under the burned down previous laundry and stumbles upon Louis' body, which had been rotting for years. She discovers his wallet on him which reveals it is in fact Louis, which confuses her. Later after she manages to kill the Ripper, she finally discovers the truth after finding out it is Samantha and Louis' crimes which caused her to be this way.
