Chinese Ninja Lu-Long is a World Ninja working as a member of a drug cartel from Hong Kong and an antagonist in episodes 10 and 11 of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya. He is the arch-nemesis of Spear Ninja Toppa. He works with the Sorcerers Clan to smuggle drugs and stop the heroic ninjas from interfering in his deals.
He was voiced by Eisuke Yoda, who also voiced Shine and Führer Taboo in the Super Sentai series.
Biography[]
In the past, several of Lu-Long's drug deals were thwarted by Ryu Asuka of the International Secret Police, leading him to develop a grudge against the ninja.
Lu-Long cooperated with the Sorcerers Clan to smuggle drugs all throughout Yokohama, targeting Jiraiya and the Togakure School when they interfere. Ryu Asuka and Rei Yagyu soon showed up to investigate and teamed up with Jiraiya to stop him. Lu-Long, in turn, brought in his own ally in the form of Chang Kung-Fu Jr., the son of Chang Kung-Fu, who was eager to avenge his father's death at Jiraiya's hands.
After dispatching Toppa, the two ninjas took on Jiraiya at once and were able to overwhelm him with their powers. Before they could finish him off however, Reiha and Toppa arrived to assist him. Reiha used her extra-terrestrial powers to drive off Lu-Long and Chang, at the cost of her own well-being.
After Rei was taken into care while she recovered from overusing her powers, Lu-Long and Chang Kung-Fu Jr. attacked the building she was being held at. Toha went out to confront them, lacking the Jiraiya suit due to it being damaged, and fought both of them untransformed. Despite initially holding his own, the two ninjas eventually got the better of him. However, it was at that moment that Tetsuzan arrived with the newly upgraded Jiraiya suit and gave it to Toha. Donning the suit, Jiraiya fought off both the ninjas before finishing them with a blade slash.
Lu-Long's spirit was later among the evil World Ninjas revived by Madam Spider to take on Jiraiya and his allies. Their spirits were summoned again by Dokusai to enlarge himself.
