He is the leader of a town in China, where he rules with absolute authority. His main evil is he's an agent of the Japanese during the Sino-Japanese War. He terrorizes anyone who stands up to him. He has beaten many who tried to fight him. He is a womanizer. He tries to touch, inappropriately, one of the town woman. He will kill anyone who stands in his way. To his men and supporters, he is a kind, generous and warm man. Hence he's affably evil
