Lucia Raregroove is the main antagonist of the anime/manga series Rave Master after his father’s death. He is the second Commander in chief of Demon Card.
He is voiced by Soichiro Hoshi in the Japanese version, and by Armando Valdes-Kennedy in the English version.
Personality[]
From what the flashback has shown Lucia was originally a timid child who loved his parents. After the murder of his mother at the hands of the Imperial army he was imprisoned for years alone with one of the Mother Dark Bring Sinclaire. This caused him to become consumed in darkness, allowing his hatred to fester until he became sadistic, cruel, and inhumane.
