Lucia Villanueva, daughter of cartel boss Mauricio Villanueva and his wife, is a character in the FX Crime series Snowfall. Originally a member of the Villanueva Cartel, she attempts to branch out and begin her own business ventures into the cocaine game with her cousin Pedro, recruiting Gustavo Zapata along the way.

She was portrayed by Emily Rios, who also played Andrea Cantillo in Breaking Bad.

Background (To Be Added)

At some point during her childhood, Lucia's sister, Rosa Villanueva, was killed by the Sicario of a rival cartel family. Lucia, petrified, watched this incident occur from under the bed. This event would deeply traumatize Lucia for the rest of her life.

As an adult, Lucia and her cousin, Pedro, began secretly branching out from the Villanueva cartel in order to get involved with the cocaine business independently. Somewhere along the way, the two encounter Gustavo Zapata.
