Lucius is the main antagonist of the "Eye Exam" horror short, part of the Huluween "Bite-Sized Halloween" event.
Biography
Lucius is introduced as a seemingly cheerful optometrist who is tended to a nervous woman, using a collection of old-fashioned devices, she asks about one device but Lucius dismisses her by explaining it was an "eye-scoop" but was rarely ever used and began to proper exam via having her look into a large device that showed varied pictures, Lucius would ask her if the pictures were clear or blurry and adjust the lens as necessary but he quickly became threatening as his voice became inhuman and unknown to his victim each time she answered a certain way he would reach towards the eye-scoop.
Yet the woman eventually became so terrified that she began to lie, this confused and angered Lucius but other inhuman voices whispered to him, ordering him to let her go as "these are not the eyes we're looking for", with this Lucius quickly declares she is fine and sends her hurriedly out but not before she catches brief glimpses of strange cyclops-like monsters, implying Lucius is either one of these monsters or a servant.
Either way the woman is set free only for a second woman to and rushes outside, observed by a second woman waiting, Lucius soon emerges, once again cheerful and informs his next "patient" that he was ready to see her now.
