Dr. Lucrezia Stein is the main antagonist of Case 7 from Criminal Case: Supernatural Investigations.
Biography[]
Lucrezia Stein is the owner of the Blackmoor Asylum, located in Texas. Because of the state in the Asylum, her death was seen as normal due to the depravity of the patients in the asylum and the environment being extremely bad for a hospital due to multiple patients disappearing from the asylum.
However, the Police Investigation between Gwen and the player would lead to not solving Lucrezia’s Murder, but turn into discovering and investigating the crimes and corruption she have committed as a doctor.
It was revealed mid-investigation that she was responsible for abusing one of her former patients-turned doctor, Adam Enstrom, including forcing him to eat four spoons of salt in a bowl of gruel just because he played board games with patients, and one time exploiting Adam’s claustrophobia to lock him in a cupboard just because he took many bathroom breaks, and even threatening him to be put in a mask and be deemed as a patient again if he does not follow her orders.
Gwen also discovered a photo of conjoined twins, Charity and Mercy, unconjoined and when she interrogated the two twins, it was revealed that Charity and Mercy was kidnapped and used by Lucrezia Stein as an experiment to create a conjoined twin, because of this the two had no pity to her death and even enjoyed the fact she was dead.
Gwen then discovered that Willie Hicks, the groundskeeper of the asylum knew the history behind the disappearance in the asylum being involved with her experiments on patients, causing mass deaths and once interrogated by him, Lucrezia said she doesn't care about it.
Savannah, her daughter, even stated that she was not insane, but rather forced into drug and medication to show that she was insane over a boyfriend that Lucrezia herself did not found amusing, she also claimed that she was victims of her abuse, such as being locked up in the basement which would cause her to develop claustrophobia. Summing up her crimes, Gwen told the player that she is sickened by Lucrezia and would have killed the victim herself if she was not dead.
Gwen and the player eventually cornered Adam as the murderer, who was revealed to be her creation that she did not care for, Leading Adam to attempt to cure her by sedating her, which would lead to her death, While figuring out what Gwen and the player should do with Adam, he escapes the police and kills himself in the asylum dorm.
