Ludociel is a major character in the anime/manga series The Seven Deadly Sins, first appearing in the flashbacks of the Memories of the Holy War arc, and later in the New Holy War arc.
He was a Goddess who served the Supreme Deity as the leader of the Four Archangels. He also took over the body of Margaret, one of the Princess of the Kingdom of Liones.
He is voiced by Akira Ishida in Japanese and by Jordan Reynolds (who also voices Tiziano and Carne in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind) in English. While in Margaret's body, he is voiced by Nana Mizuki in Japanese, and by Dorothy Elias-Fahn in English.
Biography[]
He was one of the archangels that fought in the holy war three thousand years ago and ordered Stigma to destroy a neutral village just for nursing a demon back to health.
Powers and Abilities[]
Ludociel is a powerful archangel, blessed with divine protection from the Supreme Deity against all Commandments and dark curses. His Grace, Flash, allows him to move at a speed so fast it appears as teleportation. He is very skilled with light/holy magic, using it to create energy beams and shields. One of his most dangerous abilities is "Breath of Bless", which allows him to brainwash someone into fighting for the goddess cause without regard for themselves. His power level while possessing Margaret measures at 201,000. He was able to completely dominate Monspeet and Derieri in their base forms, and could even damage the Original Demon for a short while. However, his power does not exceed that of the Indura.
