Biography[]
Season 7[]
After a shooting (which was orchestrated by Roberta) that happened at Las Encinas, Luis infiltrates the school by getting employed as the academic director in order to investigate the incident. Most parents and students protest to have Dídac expelled due to his family being suspected as the perpetrators, but Luis vouches for him to stay while the principal Virginia gives them two days to decide their votes. He even finds out about his friendship with Nico and shows his parents some pictures of them together to convince them that he is a good influence to their son, knowing perfectly that Dídac is innocent of his family's crimes. Eventually, Dídac is allowed to stay, at which point Luis starts monitoring him. Luis also works with Omar, who gets an internship at the school, on the "Habláme" app to help the students with their problems. Putting in motion his plan, Luis steals Dídac's phone to set up a wiretapping that allows him to overhear his conversations with Isadora, whom he is dating, to get incriminating evidence on their families who happen to have a large history of crimes. However, his partner Luena informs him that the court rejected his request for the wiretapping. Despite this, Luis ignores the order and continues on listening to their conversations even though Luena threatens to report him due to it being illegal.
Luis finds out that Isadora's father Martín is bribing Catalina, a high-ranking judge and Rocío's mother to push both the eviction of a social centre and a building allegedly in a bad shape owned by Isadora's House that is scheduled to be wrecked, as well as the shocking discovery that Catalina uses her foundation for baby trafficking, so he asks Dídac to send him the documents that incriminate her. However, Luis tells Dídac that those documents are not the ones he requested, and it is revealed that Isadora, no longer knowing who she can trust, tested Dídac's loyalty by switching the documents on purpose. As a result, Isadora breaks up with Dídac in betrayal thinking he was helping his family. Luis, coerced by Dídac, tells Isadora that he has been working with the police to bring her family down and requests her help to gather actual proof against her family, but she refuses to betray the people she cares about.
Isadora eventually changes her mind after Rocío reminds her of the pact they made to make people pay for their crimes no matter who they are. Later on, Isadora convinces her father to arrange a meeting with Catalina to give her the documents back, but she fails to show up as Martín sends her a fake location to have her executed while they are at a restaurant. Wearing a hidden microphone, Isadora tricks her father into confessing to his crimes while sending Catalina's location and revealing that she gave the trafficking documents to the police. With his confession, Luis arrests Martín and leaves.
Season 8[]
Luis starts growing obsessed with Isadora as he constantly visits the club to check on her, which she cites as stalking. He also accuses Isadora of ilegally running a brothel (in which Joel is secretly working for money) at her club, blackmails her into shutting it down and sexually harasses her. After Joel finds out what Luis did, he threatens to expose him by using his contacts through the Alumni club unless he leaves Isadora alone. Because of this, Luis murders Joel, before arresting Iván and Dalmar for the crime as they were both found near his corpse covered in blood and interrogating all the students who were present the night it happened. While Iván is successfully found innocent thanks to the support of his classmates and friends, however, Luis reveals to Omar and Sonia, who try to show him footage of Emilia and Héctor carrying Joel's corpse (which he dismisses as them taking out the trash), that Dalmar has confessed to being the killer after accepting a deal Carmen offered him and a smear campaign that Emilia and Héctor started against him.
At an Alumni party, Omar reports to Luis and Luena that Héctor and Emilia assaulted him while being sure that they may have killed Joel. Emilia confesses to being an accomplice of the murder as she had drugged Iván and knocked Dalmar out. She also accuses Héctor of killing Joel, claiming that he did it out of jealousy for his relationship with Iván, despite Héctor truthfully saying he didn't kill him, resulting in their arrest.
While in jail, Héctor reveals to Luis that Omar has the video of him killing Joel. Luis has Omar's apartment ransacked and stops him from exposing him when he tries to tell Luena. After this unsuccessful attempt, Isadora, knowing that Luis is untouchable because of his rank as a cop, takes matters into her own hands and decides to contact him under the guise of wanting to date him. However, Luis sees through the ruse and attempts to drug and rape Isadora. Fortunately, Omar posts the incriminating video, which quickly reaches Luena and the police, who arrive at the club and order Luis to surrender. Isadora then injects Luis with a needle before he is arrested. As he is being taken away, Luis collapses and has an overdose, killing him and avenging Joel.
