Luluna is the main antagonist of the magical girl anime/manga series for the season 3 of, Kiratto Pri☆Chan. She is the "Mascot of High Position", which means that she is a mascot-related manages that pertains at the Pri☆Chan Land. She is also is the Eve's mascot, and her celeb-type idol as her preferred brand is Little Princess Egg.
Her's true intention to creating an world was the mascots control and dominate anything allows them from Pri☆Chan Land while she using a ensure to brighter future to spreading around the world.
She was voiced by Hibiku Yamamura.
Appearance[]
Luluna is the mascot she has a dark grey cat it has a white diamond with her ear and gold eyes on each thick indigo lashes. The tail is the gold ring, and her has a white shawl on the dark blue bow with a gold crescent to her pinned center.
As her human idol mascot form, she had her eyes are the same her gain has longer and thick, black wavy hair with a loose. In her back of the head, the hair is tie it up from her resemble to ribbon along with her resembling cat ears as a frontal perspective. Luluna also has a bangs even spread from her sides has the loose strand on her center and the tented layer able her pulled on them that was cowards on her back. As the left side, she also wears a gold crescent and a two small diamonds with a clips composed.
As her chibi mascot form, she has a same person much that her appearance remaining from her idol mascot form only has a differences being from the less and size of the clothing detailed.

Luluna is such as very serious person while she work on the duties. She can speak as a formalities and politeness, shows the respect from the people. Luluna is seemly calming attitude, her shown that has been getting anger that other characters is involved and willing for the result a drastic and violence measures while she finding a necessary.
