Lunaight is a minor antagonist in the Omega Centauri's Six Spears Arc of the manga series Kinnikuman.
He is a member of the Omega Centauri's Six Spears, the central antagonistic group of the arc.
Biography[]
Past[]
Lunaight was born in the Omega Centauri Cluster. At some unknown point, Lunaight would fight Omegaman Aristera and become his ally, joining the Omega Centauri's Six Spears.
Eventually, his home planet was beginning to fall apart. Despite his and the Six Spears' strength, they couldn't hold the planet together. It was discovered through Omegaman Aristera's that Magnet Power which could potentially hold the planet together when combined with the power of friendship, they would have to travel to Earth in order to get these two powers. Also the Six Spears decided that this was the best opportunity to kill The Man for killing many members of their race and banishing the rest into space.
It was then that the Six Spears would be approached by Satan who aided in the invasion of Earth by imprisoning all of the Devil Chojin, Justice Chojin and remaining Perfect Chojin in their bases.
Kinnikuman (2011)[]
Lunaight and the rest of the Six Spears appeared alongside Satan on Earth, killing the guards and stating that they were there to kill all Chojin on the planet.
When the Justice Chojin appeared, each of the Six Spears would be set to fight against them in one on one matches with Lunaight being set to fight against the former Idol Chojin, Wolfman. Lunaight was thrilled to fight against Wolfman, wanting to see which of the two deserved the title of "Wolf".
The two would battle with Lunaight using his razor-sharp teeth and claws to tear at Wolfman's flesh. Their fight would go on the longest with Hailman, Pirateman, Gear Master and Mariquitaman all finishing their fights first.
After Wolfman used Burning Inner Strength and almost beat him, when spurred on by Omegaman Aristera, Lunaight would be able to tap into Burning Inner Strength, making it a much more even fight while proving to the Six Spears that they were able to use Burning Inner Strength.
Ultimately, Lunaight would be the only members of the Six Spears defeated and he would accidentally fall out of the ring and off the building. Wolfman quickly rushed in to save him, however, Lunaight said he'd rather die than be saved by his opponent before cutting Wolfman's arm, making him fall onto a spike which impaled him, instantly killing him.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Lunaight has immense strength, speed and durability far above most other Chojin who already have the ability to perform superhuman feats. Other abilities that Chojin have that Lunaight likely has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
- Bergmann's Rule: Due to Lunaight's genetics passed down through millions of years, Lunaight's body will automatically grow in size in response to the cold climate he is in, considering he has spent most of his life in the Omega Centauri Cluster, even Earth's standard climate in Spain which isn't that cold can make Lunaight grow in size.
- Burning Inner Strength: Lunaight would be the first of the Six Spears to tap into the immense power of Burning Inner Strength. Burning Inner Strength is a vast pool of power that can be triggered when a Chojin feels intense amounts of mercy in a fight or has a bond with his opponent. Burning Inner Strength makes any Chojin who uses it vastly stronger, more durable and faster, allowing them to beat opponents who would normally be impossible for them to defeat.
