Luntar the Looner is a villain in VeggieTales. He was portrayed by Mr. Lunt. He is the main villain of Veggies in Space: The Fennel Frontier.

He wears an eyepatch over his left eye, but does not have any visible eyes, as with Mr. Lunt, the character who portrays him.
History[]
Luntar the Looter is a space pirate who steals energy from ships, who has set his base of operations on Tootanny. When he encounters the U.S.S Applepies, he decides to take one of their engine cores, succeeding in stealing their luggage.
When he discovers Spork and Cuke have infiltrated his planet by disguising themselves as tourists, he has them thrown in the dungeon along with the Tourbot they were using.
It is eventually revealed by his nephew Oliver that there is more to him than his evil persona would suggest. The reason why he steals energy is because his planet is in danger because its sun is about to explode, and that he intends to use said energy to prevent the sun from becoming a supernova.
When Spork and Cuke find out this information, they decide to send one of their engine cores into the sun to save the planet, as they realized that they had a spare. They succeed in doing so, so Luntar the Looter throws a party with them.
