Biography[]
As her name suggests, the Lust group of mini-bosses serve to represent the cardinal sin of lust, one of the Seven Deadly Sins described within Christianity.
Lust[]
Lust appear in "Mini-Boss Rooms", which are rooms designated for certain mini-bosses. Once lust spawns in the room, she will begin chasing Isaac in an attempt to deliver contact damage, dealing a full heart of damage if she touches Isaac. She will also grow increasingly faster if she isn't harmed, and will continue to chase Isaac until he dies.
Super Lust[]
Super Lust is the more powerful counterpart of regular Lust, and share much of the abilities that regular Lust does. Once a round begins Super Lust will begin to chase Isaac throughout the room, running at intense speed, all the while leaving a trail of Red Creep, If Super Lust is to make contact with Isaac, Isaac will be dealt a 1 heart of damage. Lust will continue this effort until Isaac dies.
Eternal Lusts[]
Eternal Lusts is a white-colored versions of regular Lust, which only appear in the Hard Mode of the original installment of the game. She acts similar from her normal variants, but is much more faster.
Eternal Super Lusts[]
Eternal Super Lusts are white-colored versions of Super Lusts, which only appear in the Hard Mode of the original installment of the game. She spawns Attack Flies while still pursuing Isaac, destroy rocks by running into them. On death, she always turns into a larger Eternal Maw and a buffed Eternal Gusher which moves at her speed.

Appearances[]
Lust[]
Lust's are the same size as Isaac, due to being a replication of him. Lust is pink and is littered across the body with swollen blisters and bumps, with lust's being covered head to toe with these blisters.
Super Lust[]
Super Lust is larger than her regular counterparts, with her body being covered in irritated welts. These bumps also appear to be bleeding and or damaged, with streams of blood running down the face of Super Lust. Super Lust also has an agape mouth (showing two humanoid teeth) and a hole drilled into her forehead.
Eternal Lusts & Eternal Super Lusts[]
Eternal Lust and Eternal Super Lust/, are simply just recolors of Lust and Super Lust.

- Lusts are confirmed by the creator of The Binding of Isaac, Edmund McMillen, to be universally female.
- Lust's Sickly appearance and ability to drop The Virus is a reference to STDs and the impact they can have on people.
- The Welts that Riddle Lust's body are likely meant to represent Herpes or another STD.
