Lysil and Angwin are minor antagonists in the Disney animated series Amphibia. They are a pair of conjoined Olm siblings who eat people that come to Quarreler's Pass.
They are voiced by Laila Bersins and Chris Wylde.
Biography[]
They appeared in the episode "Quarreler's Pass" where Polly and Sprig travel down the pass of the same name after being forced to by Hop Pop in order for them to stop fighting and to give Anne and Hop Pop some peace and quiet. After getting into the middle of the pass, Sprig and Polly go separate ways and run into Lysil and Angwin. After being chased into their nest full of bones, Sprig and Polly hide in a nearby hole where they learn to work together to escape the Olm siblings. They discover that Lysil and Angwin are both blind and rely only on sound, so Sprig and Polly use their impressionism skills to trick Lysil and Angwin into fighting each other in order for them to escape.
They returned in "Olm Town Road" where Anne, Sasha, Sprig, Polly and Hop Pop come to them to see Mother Olm. They lead them to the city of Proteus and reveal that they were banished after making one little mistake as guards. They later almost sacrifice themselves to save the city from one of King Andrias' robots and are welcomed back into the city.
