M-94 is the main antagonist of “The Neighborhood of ee”
She is the cruel and ruthless leader of the recruit army, she is mainly known for killing ‘Mallory MoreCat’ (supposedly) and burning down the original neighborhood of ee, which killed almost 30 people in the process.
APPEARANCE:[]
M-94 is a tall sleek robotic cat with pastel red eyes, she’s dark gray with an even darker gray for her neck, eyebrows and paws, along with her tail tip. She has scratches across her body and a large one across her chest, she also has rusty stains along her cheeks. She has two warning stickers across her left wrist and ankle, and has a lighter gray on her face and a dark red nose. Her front claws are always unsheathed.
Although her species isn’t directly specified, M-94 is intended to be a Wolfcat.
PERSONALITY:[]
M-94 is bitter, ruthless, cruel and hardheaded. She is heartless and usually puts herself first in situations, disregarding the safety and well-being of her army. She seems to be completely unregretful and has barely any remorse towards the people she hurts, she is also seen as egotistical abusive, although occasionally soft when it comes to her adopted daughter.

M-94 had built an entire army of smaller although similar looking robots called recruits.

The neighbors in NOEE have created a horror movie of her called “The monster” which is about a clear interpretation of M-94 causing mass destruction, mainly going after the two stars of the movie, Mallory and Fardo.
Many assume she is a possum (she isn’t)
in early designs she had a scar across her right eye and lacked the lighter face, although all of those attributes carried to the recruits, most of them using scrapped M-94 concepts as their design.
originally her name was planned to be ‘P-94’
Whether or not she was created in a lab is completely unknown.
She has ripped off the right arm of Jonas MoreCat
(due to this having a warning for being a copy of a page on a wiki I CREATED for a show I CO-DIRECT I just want to state the pages are similar due to me not being able to share much info on her due to lore reasons, but maybe when it’s revealed I will.)
M-94 hasn’t had any major appearances in any episodes as of now but is often mentioned or seen in flashbacks, or lore videos, or more often meme videos on @FardosStuff, the head animators channel.
In episode 1: blast to the past, there is shown to be a fire in the background, which was most likely caused by M-94.
In episode 2: a new neighbor, M-94 is mentioned to have killed Mallory Morecat, and is said to be a ‘merciless robot’ that slaughtered her.
In episode 3: Perhaps arcade, M-94 controls the Noobert animatronic, and attacks the main cast, before getting defeated in the end and quitting controlling noobert in a fit of rage.
wether or not she actually killed Mallory Morecat is still unknown, and is left for debate.
