M.O.D.O.K. Superior is a clone of the original M.O.D.O.K. created after the original version was turned back into his human form. M.O.D.O.K. Superior believed himself to be much greater than that of the former, thus adding "superior" to the end of his title. M.O.D.O.K. Superior went on to have a change of heart and become an Avenger, but would later return to his villainous ways.
Biography[]
Origin[]
Unknown to the hero, M.O.D.O.K. had created a cluster of brains and made them into a super computer. This was later destroyed by Red Hulk, but one of the brains became an organic computer and then uploaded itself to M.O.D.O.K.'s mind, resulting in M.O.D.O.K. Superior.
M.O.D.O.K. Superior obtained a sample of the creature known as Zzzax and improved it, taking it out to test how many minds and energy it could absorb. It also altered the mind of a military general Thaddeus Ross. M.O.D.O.K. Superior offered to make an alliance with him, but he soon left after the General took control of the monster.
M.O.D.O.K. Superior again teamed up with Intelligenca and their first task was to study a Spaceknight. They found it after capturing Spider Girl, who was studying the knight's body in Wakanda. This turned out to be the body of Ultron. When the Avengers came to intervene, M.O.D.O.K. Superior became arrogant and took on Thor, but was almost immediately defeated.
Later, M.O.D.O.K. Superior studies "Skadi" and discovers that she is Sin, the daughter of Red Skull. Apparently, she had tapped into Asgardian powers. Also during this time, he studies the Red Hulk, and plans to get to him before anyone else does. He wants to avoid any confrontation a hero names Angrir. Someone else who is searching for the Red Hulk, "Zero/One", becomes one of M.O.D.O.K. Superior's love interests.
After the events of Avengers vs. X-Men, M.O.D.O.K. Superior targets an ex-A.I.M. scientist. He ends up being thwarted by Ms. Marvel, Scarlet Witch, and Spider-Woman. Later, M.O.D.O.K. and other rouge A.I.M. agents actually team-up with S.H.I.E.L.D. to help take down one of the A.I.M. scientists known as Andrew Forson. He gave the Avengers information in exchange for amnesty. He was able to get a lab and scienists under S.H.I.E.L.D.'s name. He was later forced to promise to never experiment wiki gamma radiation again.
Before he joined S.H.I.E.L.D., he and Snapper had began an operation that would take down the organization because he believed it to be filled with people who hated him. They sent an android to a S.H.I.E.L.D. satellite so it could kill agents Fury and Coulson. He also sent an assassin after Maria Hill. He ended up falling in love with Maria, and so he backed off from his plans. He escaped to Venezuela to try and get help for his feelings. Snapper, unknown to the developments, kidnapped Maria. M.O.D.O.K. Superior later found some agents who had followed him, and told them everything. He told them that he now wanted to save the world. He later called Snapper to gloat, but Snapper was now planning to unleash Tlön's monsters on the world. After they returned to save Maria, Snapper tagged them with a conductor that used emotional negativity. He wanted it to use it to unleash Tlön. Spider-Woman used her powers to subdue Snapper.
The other Secret Avengers tagged themselves to try and use positive emotions to counteract it. They also tried to use it to help them reach Hill. M.O.D.O.K. Superior ended up defeating Snapper by sending a sentient bomb to destroy the portal. It created a black whole and everything went back to normal, after which M.O.D.O.K. Superior took a leap of absence to his home in Ohio.
M.O.D.O.K. Superior took a brief retirement and then returned to form an agency of assassins that killed evil people. At first, all was going well until he hired Gwen Poole, who took credit for his kills and even killed one of their own. She ended up turning on M.O.D.O.K. Superior and sending him into space. When he returned, the agency faced of against him, but he chose to flee.
M.O.D.O.K. Superior reappears attacking a HYDRA airship to try and capture Shiklah, but she was saved by Deadpool who also stole M.O.D.O.K. Superior's chair. This caused him to vow vengeance on Deadpool.
M.O.D.O.K. Superior's next big appearance was now in a muscular, long haired, attractive young human body that he called B.R.O.D.O.K.. He joined the West Coast Avengers and insisted that he was reformed, which turned out to be another one of his schemes. He was really planning to turn the women of the area into giant mindless monsters, as he was rejected by them. The team knew this the whole time, and he was stopped in the end.
During Iron Man's story in 2020, he again pretends to be a rescuer, piloting a war-machine. It turns out that he was behind the Deathloks of Lingares and brainwashing some Force Workers so that he could take control of the War Machine. The tables were turned when the Deathloks were turned against M.O.D.O.K. Superior, who fell into a hole that was opened by Quake.
Family Arc[]
During this story arc, M.O.D.O.K. Superior has hallucinations of a family life. He imagines a human family and a daughter similar to him. He believes that he is malfunctioning, and he is also being threatened by agents of A.I.M.. This causes him to set out to try and fix himself. Going through many trials, and even being briefly killed, he eventually finds his father, who is the founder of A.I.M.. Contrary to what was first believed, it is revealed that he was forced to become M.O.D.O.K. against his will. Learning of his true past he turns on his father, trapping him in his phone, and then weaponizing his imaginary family.
Return to A.I.M.[]
M.O.D.O.K. Superior and A.I.M. next corse of action was to colonize the Moon. Around this time, they were ambushed by Hulk, and after a battle Superior was seemingly destroyed in an explosion. He would later resurface and attack a cruise ship, but would again be defeated by the X-Men.
Powers and Abilities[]

M.O.D.O.K. Superior's powers and abilities are all very similar to that of the original. One difference between the original M.O.D.O.K. and M.O.D.O.K. Superior includes Superior's lack of nerves, giving him a much higher tolerance to pain.
Trivia[]
- After his storyline involving creating a group dedicated to killing evil-doers, M.O.D.O.K. Superior took on an appearance very similar to that of the original M.O.D.O.K. and resumed his evil ways. It is never explained why this regression occurred.
- M.O.D.O.K. Superior's family arc is very similar to that of the one that Tok place in the M.O.D.O.K. TV series. However; it is implied that that M.O.D.O.K. in this series was meant to be the original and not the Superior clone.
