M. J. Bryce is a one-shot villain in the Nickelodeon animated series My Life as a Teenage Robot. M. J. Bryce is the owner of "Bryce's Amalgamated Dynamics" serving as the main antagonist of the episode Labor Day.

He was voiced by Jim Ward, who also voiced Krackus in the same series.

Biography

After accidentally causing a lot of destruction and damage to the city for fooling around with Brad and Tuck, Jenny has to work to pay a lot of money in repairs or else the Skyway Patrol will take everything from her and her family. Eventually, M. J. Bryce calls to Jenny's house offering her a simple job of delivering packages of cereal prizes to different locations around the world, which Jenny accepts and is quickly paid for each package delivered.

However, Jenny's friends have a bad feeling about Bryce and his company despite the payment she's receiving. After finding out Jenny did a favor to a deliverer from his competitor, Bryce scolds Jenny for helping them out and tells her to sabotage their deliveries which Jenny does with every deliverer she encounters as Bryce keeps paying her. After refusing to keep doing his dirty job, Bryce threatens Jenny with no payment knowing how much she needs the money to pay for repairs. He also reveals his plan of tasking Jenny with swapping the prizes in their cereals with a prototype toy stolen from his competitors which Jenny accepts having no other choice.

During the day of exhibition of the toy, it recorded a hologram of Bryce explaining his evil plan which is revealed to everyone including the Skyway Patrol, exposing him as a fraud. Bryce tries to escape but is stopped by the deliverers from his competitors and sent to prison by Jenny as punishment for his acts.

Trivia

• The initials of Bryce's company, "Bryce's Amalgamated Dynamics" spell the word "BAD" which serves as foreshadowing to Bryce's true nature.
• M. J. Bryce could serve as a reference to Donald Trump given his physical appearance, personality and position as businessman.
