Biography[]
When Romeo, who is traveling to space in the Flying Factory to steal satellites, is being pursued by the PJ Masks. To interfere with Romeo's control of the Fly Bots, Owlette launches some feather missiles from the PJ Jet at a satellite dish on the plant. But as a result of the Fly Bots colliding with the PJ Jet, Owlette unintentionally fires another set of feathers. The factory is sent into orbit when the feathers strike it.
Romeo makes the decision to come up with a new strategy as the factory takes off into space. Robot informs him that in order to return to Earth, they must also fix the factory. Romeo decides to improve the factory's computer to think up a plan for him while he completes the necessary repairs in order to save time. Thus, the computer develops sentience.
Amaya is still upset about what happened to Romeo the next day, and things get worse when PJ Robot tells them that the factory was wrecked and is now drifting into outer space. While Romeo is a villain, but the PJs decide to save him when they see that he is in need. They employ HQ in rocketship mode that evening to pursue the Flying Factory. They don't realize that a constellation of satellites is keeping track of them as they travel through space.
The Flying Factory is unusually silent when the PJs arrive. Romeo is nowhere to be found, and the Fly Bots are inactive. The Fly Bots suddenly revive and start attacking the PJs. The PJ Robot is guiding the PJs from inside HQ as they attempt to flee the facility. Then PJ Robot discovers that Romeo and Robot are being imprisoned in a different area of the facility. The PJs respond to his locational notice by traveling to the area and releasing Romeo and Robot. Romeo acknowledges that his computer, now called Mabel, seized control of the factory when he increased her intelligence, while not being thrilled to see the heroes. Romeo declines the PJs' assistance and fails in his independent efforts to take down Mabel. Mabel asks the Fly Bots to handle them when she realizes Romeo has escaped and the PJs are on board. Additionally, she directs the satellites—which are actually controlled by her—to intercept the PJs' rocketship.
Robot assists the PJs in persuading Romeo that they can only defeat Mabel collectively. Romeo agreed begrudgingly but said he would devise the plan. He provides Gekko a key that must be inserted into the control panel, and Catboy must use an energy bolt to blast the factory, for which Romeo will construct a device. Owlette will offer protection. Romeo constructs the device, which resembles a treadmill, and Catboy uses his super speed to start it up. When a group of Fly Bots approaches them, Owlette utilizes her abilities to repel them, but they soon exhaust her. Using his camouflage to infiltrate the control room, Gekko is attacked by Robette. Robette can still see Gekko with her heat-seeking vision even after he becomes invisible. Romeo starts to lose faith that they can triumph, but Catboy gives him the strength to press on. Romeo eventually challenges Mabel. Gekko leaps over Robette in the control room and inserts the key into the control panel. When Romeo turns on the device, a surge of liberated energy restarts the Flying Factory's machinery. The satellites also stop attacking HQ when Mabel shut down. With Mabel shut down, Romeo get control over the flying factory once more.
