Maboroshi Beast (マボロシビースト Maboroshi Bīsuto, lit. Illusion Beast) is a minor antagonist of Uchuu Keiji Sharivan who appears in episode 16. He is a ghost speaker/octopus-like Makai Beast who disguised himself as a manager of a young idol named Sayoko Hayashida in order to keep her under Madou's control and infleunce just to keep spreading violence all over Japan through her song "Phantom Blues".
He is voiced by late Toku Nishio. His human form is portrayed by late Iwao Dan.
Biography[]
The Maboroshi Beast is first created by Space Crime Syndicate Madou and he was sent to disguised himself as a manager of a young idol named Sayoko Hayashida to keep her under their control just to keep spreading violence all over Japan through her songs like "Phantom Blues".
When Den went to investigate both Sayoko and her manager in the building, the manager is seen watching as Den is fighting against the Fightrow in their human disguises before running away and turned invisible. He later revealed his true form and went to attack Den, even when Den transformed into Sharivan. The next morning, the Maboroshi Beast followed both sisters Sayoko and Akiko at the park and attempt to get after them but only to be stopped by Den as he transformed into Sharivan to fight him. After they're dragged into Genmu World, the Maboroshi Beast used an illusion against Sharivan and attacked him with his cape. He later turned invisible and leaving Sharivan to deal with the fighters and the battleship. Finally, Sharivan finished off the Makai Beast with Sharivan Crash.
