Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion[]

Mad Gallant Ep4

Mad Gallant in his first appearance.

Mad Gallant and his men had already arrived on Earth by the time Jaspion, Anri and Miya got there. He spied on them after they landed and went to inform the rest of his men, who were staying in human disguise at a bar, that Jaspion had arrived. Mad Gallant and his forces would later ambush Juspion and Anri as they were investigating the tremors caused by the Megabeast Gaios. Assuming his Metal Tec Suit, Mad Gallant dueled Juspion for a bit before departing from the scene in his personal starship, Juldbooma, satisfied that he had gotten a taste of Juspion's power.

After Ejin and Juspion learned of the Golden Bird, the being which had stopped Satan Goss in the past, Satan Goss and Mad Gallant sought to find the Golden Egg first before Juspion could obtain it. To keep Juspion from locating the bird, Mad Gallant slaughtered a mysterious priestess known as "Princess Kaguya", who was really an alien from planet Mellow, and her assistants before she could tell Juspion anything about the Golden Bird. He would also summon the Evil Four Deva Kings to Earth to assist the Megabeast Empire in their hunt.

After a photographer named Kenichiro Nanbara snapped a photo of the Golden Bird, Mad Gallant targeted him in order to get him to reveal the location of the Golden Bird. He initially offered Nanbara money in exchange for its location, but after Juspion found him and revealed who Mad Gallant was, Mad Gallant attempted to kidnap him and his children in order to force him to reveal the Golden Bird's location. However, Juspion was able to rescue Nanbara's children while Nanbara himself fled in order to find it. Ikki would then offer to fight Juspion himself, only to fall to the heroic warrior.

After Zampa was killed by Juspion, Mad Gallant kept Brima and Gyol on as his assistants. He later set his sights on Sachi, the girlfriend of Juspion's friend Lot, and kidnapped her to make her one of his wives. At the same time, Mad Gallant enacted a scheme to coat all of Tokyo in poison gas with a bomb he had planted underneath the city. Mad Gallant sent out the Megabeast Gasler to distract Juspion and keep him from finding out about the bomb, but Sachi managed to steal back her communicator and use it to inform Juspion about it. After Juspion defeated Gasler and stopped the bomb, he went to rescue Sachi from Mad Gallant, who decided to fight Juspion one-on-one. In a climactic duel, Mad Gallant was struck down by Juspion and killed, having his body cut into several pieces. However, following Mad Gallant's death, Satan Goss had the pieces of his body gathered up and summoned the Galactic Witch Gilza to Earth to have her perform a ritual to revive Mad Gallant, so that he could one day inherit the Megabeast Empire from him.

Newly revived, Mad Gallant continued to spearhead the hunt for the Golden Bird before Juspion could find it. It would later be discovered that the pieces of the Golden Bird were actually held by five children, who needed to be brought together in order to recreate it. Mad Gallant thus sent Gilza and his troops to round up children at locations where the Golden Bird was suspected to be and go through them to find which one possessed a piece of the Golden Bird. However, Juspion managed to get to them first and bring the five children together before Mad Gallant and his men could capture them.

Despite this, Mad Gallant and the rest of the Megabeast Empire went forward in their plans to terraform Earth into a planet suitable for Megabeasts. As part of this plan, Mad Gallant sent Gilmarza, the sister of Gilza, along with Brima and Gyol to find a little girl to sacrifice to his father in a ritual that would allow him to assume his ultimate form. Juspion managed to interrupt the ritual and rescue the little girl, but was unable to stop Satan Goss from casting off his armor and reaching his final form as Great Satan Goss.

Girls in Trouble: Space Squad Episode Zero[]

Despite Mad Gallant's death, a businessman named Lars used his armor to create the "Masker Blade", which held the soul of Mad Gallant and enabled him to transform into a new variant of Mad Gallant.

After Hellvira's death, Benikiba reported to Mad Gallant that she had found a suitable candidate for his plans to create his Satan Goss weapon.

Space Sheriff Gavan vs. Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger[]

As Lars, Mad Gallant set up the "Beauty & Gentleness" diaper company to serve as a front for his plan. He staged a fake deal between criminal gangs in order to lure out Geki Jumonji and Shelly, while hiring the Alienizer Kuronen to ambush them when they arrived. When Geki charged in, Mad Gallant and Kuronen staged their ambush, capturing Shelly and leaving Geki wounded. Before Mad Gallant could finish off Geki however, the SPD Fire Squad led by Banban Akaza charged in and forced Mad Gallant and Kuronen to retreat.

Wanting revenge, with help from four of the Dekarangers, Geki attacked a truck Mad Gallant, Benikiba and Kuronen were using to transport the materials needed for their plan. Mad Gallant fought Geki once more and again defeated him, breaking his Laser Blade in the process. Refusing to give up, with help from Swan Shiratori, Geki was able to analyze one of Kuronen's bullets and trace it to the Beauty & Gentleness company. Geki brought Umeko with him to investigate, but when they met with Lars he pretended to be a victim of Mad Gallant and led the two of them into a trap. When Lars being interrogated by Doggie Kruger and Tetsu, suddenly Benikiba barges in. Lars told them that it was he who develops Masker Blade as he transforms into Mad Gallant. Doggie goes into battle against Mad Gallant, but he was defeated along with Tetsu. When Umeko recovers, she tells to other Dekarangers that she was not left behind by Geki, as she asked to deal with Benikiba by herself. It turns out while Geki pursued Kuronen, Lars stabbed Umeko from behind with one of Benikiba's knives, but before he could finish her off, Geki returned and Lars was forced to continue acting after Benikiba leaves.

Lars then went to beat up Shelly in order to draw her blood and use it to activate his Satan Goss mecha. As Lars continued to brutally beat Shelly and took joy in causing her pain, Benikiba showed her disgust, but Lars continued to punch her, causing Benikiba to leave the scene. However, Geki and the Dekarangers were able to uncover the way to Lars's secret lair and went to confront him. Lars transformed into Mad Gallant to fight Geki while the Dekarangers dealt with Kuronen. He initially managed to beat Geki down again, but Retsu Ichijouji intervened and fought back Mad Gallant before giving his pupil Juspion's sword. With Juspion's sword in hand, Geki repeatedly sliced through Mad Gallant's Metal Tech armor before performing a finisher called Gavan Cosmic Dynamic to destroy him. After Mad Gallant was destroyed, he turned back into Lars, but he became more crazy. As the Dekarangers and Geki leave after saving Shelly, Lars is laughing manically as he states that no one can defeat Satan Goss. However, Lars was crushed to death by Satan Goss with stomping on him.
