Jervis Tetch known as "Mad Hatter” is a minor antagonist of the adult animated series Harley Quinn he is a villain that mind controls people with his hats.
He is voiced by Griffin Newman in his first villainous role.
He first appears and he kidnapped Harley Quinn and batgirl and he lets Harley Quinn go after she tells him Her name and keeps bat girl and he was going to tell Harley of what happens in chapter 6 Through the Looking Glass of Alice and Wonderland. She stops him there because she has not seen the movie yet and she left and mad hatter mind control bat girl and put tea in the table and Harley comes and saves her and Mad Hatter tells his rabbits to kill them and bring their heads to them but they all defeated his minions and bagged at Harley and she brutally kills him with her bat in his skull in front of a shocked batgirl and they both escaped.
