Karen Pilar Ruas de Sousa (also known as Madame K-Pilar) is a villain who only appeared in the story "A Revolta dos Carecas" of Cebolinha #65 published by Panini Comics in 2012, as well as its 2013 animated adaptation.
Biography[]
In her only appearance, Madame K-Pilar presented herself as a crazy and greedy villain wearing a robotic wig who had invented a machine capable of sucking people's hair and turning it into wigs so she could dominate the hair market, leaving everyone bald to become rich selling wigs. She begins her plan in the Lemon Tree Neighbourhood by stealing the hair of all the residents until only Jimmy Five (who she ignores for only having 5 hair strands) and Smudge remain. When putting Smudge in her machine, the machine breaks down because it cannot handle the dirt from Smudge's hair and explodes, causing Madame K-Pilar's robotic wig to disintegrate, revealing that she was bald. After the defeat she leaves.

- Madame K-Pilar is the second bald female villain to be introduced, the first is Aurora Borealis who was also initially introduced wearing a wig.
- Her ability to control her hair through her robotic wig is similar to Sedusa from Powerpuff Girls and Wedgie Woman from Captain Underpants.
