Ruperta Faro also known as Madre Coca is a one of the antagonists in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands. She was a former coca farmer, running the coca farms in Tabacal for El Yayo Production Branch for the Santa Blanca Cartel.

Past[]
Born and raised as a raspachin (a coca picker). She has to do backbreaking work that blistered her hand and stained them yellow. Around some time, she has Three sons who one of them died from a coke overdosed. and other two fled to America to a successful business leaving her alone. This caused her to force the people in Tabacal into forced labor she has endured in the past. This caused the eyes of El Yayo, who bought her into the Cartel made her a Buchon.
Some point she saw Lieutenant Jorge Salazar, who resembled her oldest son. She took him off the field and offered him to be her right-hand man. Jorge's father protested the idea, so Madre Coca has him Brutally killed and adopted him.
Operation Kingslayer[]
Before Kingslayer was launched, several farm leaders were already in rebellion on Madre coca, one of which was a man named Chevez who tried to turn the farmer workers against her. when the Ghosts arrived in Tabacal, they protected him from Cartels Soldiers whilst giving a speech to the workers. After which they destroyed an estimated ten million worth of coca.
They took the final straw then they captured Salazar, her adopted son. Once there he reveals accidentally that she made snitches in the rebel movement. Tracking them down, Nomad and the Ghosts kill them, thus securing the movement.
Madre Coca assumes the rebels kidnapped Salazer and claims she wants to negotiate. Bowman wants Nomads to follow the Rebels to the location of the negotiation, once there it is revealed that it is an ambush to have them as hostages. But the Rebels and Ghosts attacked them. Killing Madre Coca in the crossfire.
