The Magni Company, or the Magnificence Energy Corporation, is the primary antagonistic force in Ginga Force and its spin-off Natsuki Chronicles.
Biography[]
The Magni Company is the corporation that runs Seven Tier, with the Mitsurugi Security Service and the Rapid Deployment Force governing the planet under their orders. Alex Heatburn and Margarette Whitetail are rookies having assigned to become pilots for MSS, stopping crimes in Seven Tier. After foiling a robbery, the two were assigned to stop Tini from hacking into the security system, followed by preventing a terrorist attack on the Water Intake Facilities as well as weapons smuggling. Eventually, Alex and Margarette went to the mines to put a stop to the computer system having gone out of control as well as a shuttle hijack situation.
After stopping the hijack, Alex and Margarette suddenly lose control of their aircraft and they end up meeting with Special, the A.I. that monitors Seven Tier. She tells Alex and Margarette about the truth regarding Seven Tier, and that she was isolated by the director of Magni, Viridian. She also reveals that Magni wanted to use Septonium to exploit other planets, but concealed the fact that it had strong negative impacts on the human body. Viridian then sends out his men after Alex and Margarette, taking Nina and Brown hostage in the process. Alex and Margarette manage to escape, but not before being forced to fight Natsuki, who soon learns the truth as well.
While Natsuki recovers and puts a stop to Maroon, Alex and Margarette, now aided by Special, Huan, Tini, Serum, and Genzo, launch a final assault on Viridian's secret hideout. The two manage to reach Viridian, who is attempting to escape on a battleship. They disable the battleship, but Viridian attacks the pair in his own personal fighter, and after a long battle, Viridian is defeated.
In the aftermath, Magni's plans were exposed to the public, Nina and Brown were released safely, and the Magni organization itself had collapsed, finally restoring peace to Seven Tier.
