Magnum is a minor antagonistic of the anime/manga series Tatakae!! Ramenman, the Kinnikuman spin-off series.

Magnum is the leader of the Dragon's Claw Kung-Fu dojo that has a rivalry with the Flying Tiger dojo that Magnum wishes to defeat and take over.
Magnum leads his men to attack the Flying Tiger dojo and the martial artists there including the master of the dojo Ka-tar. Magnum would easily beat anyone he fought, being strong enough to crush the skulls of anyone with one hand each and headbutt through a person's chest with ease.
After hearing that the Mongol Tiger was around, Ka-tar would convince Magnum to settle their feud in the Chinese Martial Arts Tournament, Magnum agrees, thinking that it would make no difference.
At the tournament, Magnum would effortlessly fight his way to the finals, killing many of his opponents until he could fight Ka-tar again. In their fight, Magnum would dodge most of Ka-tar's attacks before going to deliver a killing blow to him, however, the Mongol Tiger would appear to save Ka-tar.
Magnum would challenge Mongol Tiger to a death match with Magnum holding his own due to his training and having his men hold Mongol Tiger's feet down so he couldn't move. Eventually, Ka-tar would throw the Golden Nunchucks to Mongol Tiger but not before Magnum kicked Ka-tar onto one of the spikes, wounding but not killing him.
With the Golden Nunchucks, Mongol Tiger would easily beat Magnum. Just as Magnum was about to fall onto the spikes, Mongol Tiger would save him and throw him out of the ring to safety.
Magnum is never seen again after this.
