Master Bison, more commonly known as M. Bison (also known as Vega in the Japanese version), is the main antagonist of the Street Fighter series, beginning with Street Fighter II: The World Warrior. He is the tyrannical, diabolical, manipulative, and heartless leader of the Shadaloo organization, and the most authoritative and powerful villain in the series. He also appears as the main antagonist of the TV adaptations and films. He is also Ryu and Chun-Li's arch-nemesis and the most hated foe of many other characters across the franchise.

In Japanese versions of the series, he was voiced by Tomomichi Nishimura between the Alpha series and Namco x Capcom, the late Kenji Utsumi in Street Fighter II V in the Japanese television dub of the first film, Banjō Ginga in the CD drama, Masaharu Satō in the Alpha drama CD, Takeshi Kusaka in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, Makoto Gunji in the Street Fighter II Turbo commercial, Tesshō Genda in the Japanese video and DVD dub of the Street Fighter film, Shin-ichiro Miki in Real Battle on Film, Kazuhiro Yamaji in the Japanese dub of The Legend of Chun-Li, Taiten Kusunoki in Wreck-It Ralph, and most recently by Norio Wakamoto since the Capcom vs. SNK series.

In the English versions of the series, he was voiced by Tom Wyner Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie and the Animaze dub of Street Fighter II V, Markham Anderson and Mike Kleinhenz in the ADV Films dubs #1 and #2, respectively, Richard Newman in the cartoon, and has been voiced by Gerald C. Rivers since Street Fighter IV.
