What's de-terraforming? This is the first time I've heard that.
~ Major Shake

Major Shake is the main antagonist of the episode ‘Bad Replicant’ in the adult-animated series Aqua Teen Hunger Force. He is a rather poorly formed clone of Master Shake created by the Plutonians.

He was voiced by Matt Harrigan.

Biography[]

Major Shake is a clone of Master Shake who was created by the Plutonians in an attempt to replace the real Shake. However, he's severely deformed due to the fact that he was created using a picture of the latter in a pizza oven instead of Master Shake's DNA sample in a cloning device. He debuts in the episode Bad Replicant where he was created and sent to "de-terraform" Earth.

After his failure in convincing others that he's Shake, Major Shake admits the stupidity of the Plutonians' plan. He then talks with the Aqua Teens for a while before borrowing a pipe to break the window of Carl's car, stealing it and escaping to parts unknown.

He later returns in season 2 finale The Last One where he's one of the villains summoned to the meeting. When he was picking up garbage on Earth, he was hit by truck, however, he survived this event, as he was seen throughout the episode.

Appearance[]

Major Shake has one of Shake's hands attached to his limp straw, and has a working jam box sticking out the side of his body. In an attempt to make him look taller, the Plutonians put Mary Jane high heels on him. One of his eyes appears to be larger than the other. His drinking hole is also visible.

Personality[]

In Bad Replicant, he proves to be one of the most normal and easy-going villains members of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force have interacted with despite being freakishly malformed, a fact he glumly acknowledges. He also appears to be smarter than his creators, given the fact that he admitted the Plutonians' plan was stupid. For some reason, both he and the original Master Shake refer to the pipes as "amazing-space-age tubes". He has also called himself a total and complete failure, likely due to how different he is compared to Shake.

Trivia[]

  • It's unknown how his creators were able to create him using a picture of Shake and a pizza oven. However, this could be at least partially explained with their technology.
